Garage Lease Buyout- Non-Resident
The lease DATED ___________________20 . For the premises commonly known as_____________________________ between Oakwood Management Company, hereinafter the Lessor, and ________________________ herein after jointly and severally the Lessee, agree that the covenants and agreements herein are binding as though they were contained within the Lease.
The Lessor does hereby agree to cancel the Lease and hold the Lessee harmless from any future obligations thereto, subject to the following provisions:
