Realtor Referral Fee Policy

If you have a Realtor refer/bring in a prospect and they apply, get approved, and lease an apartment home- The realtor can receive a Realtor Commission Fee based on:

A 12 Month Lease will pay out a $1000.00 and a 6-month lease will pay out a $500.00 Referral fee for the following properties:

Beulah Park

Edge at Polaris

Pointe at Polaris

The City

River and Rich

Highpoint

Fenimore

Ravines at Westar

Asherton of Dublin

Albany Glen

All other properties in our portfolio will pay a realtor referral fee of:

12 Month Lease will pay out a $500.00 Referral fee and a 6-month lease will pay out a $250.00 referral fee.

The Realtor will have to supply the Property with an “invoice” and a W-9 (from their broker) to process the payment/commission fee.
